P4Mc did the ‘Floaty Eggs’ science experiment to look at floating and sinking. We looked at how salt water is denser than the egg. Then the children had a STEM challenge to complete; work in teams to make a pirate ship out of a waterproof material (tinfoil) and then test it to see how many pennies it will hold!
