Pre-writing skills are developed during nursery. We do this through many activities, one of these is weekly Dough Disco sessions. This helps develop the children’s hand muscle strength, dexterity, and manipulation. They roll, pinch, smack, press and twist the dough. They each have their own individual named pot of dough.
