We are excited to offer Accelerated Reader to our children in P5-7.  We hope this reading programme will encourage each child to develop their reading skills and be motivated to read.  AR will also help teachers support and monitor children’s reading practice.  The children can choose books from our school library, the town library or their own books.  They take a short online quiz on each book they read and score points for the book.  The school library books have a label with the book level, interest level and number of points the book is worth on the back. You can check out this information for any other books at . We hope to be able to extend AR to the other children in Key Stage Two very soon!
